Driving on a Suspended License is punishable in Rhode Island by the following terms:
First Violation:

Second Violation:
- Civil Penalty: Up to $250
- Court: Traffic tribunal
Third Violation:
- Civil Penalty: Up to $350
- Court: Traffic tribunal
Fourth or Subsequent Violations:

- Imprisonment for up to 1 year
