Brown University freshman was accused by a fellow student of campus sexual assault. After traveling from abroad to seek Attorney Grasso’s assistance, Attorney Grasso conducted an immediate investigation before the University’s Title IX system got started. He located and interviewed several witnesses that would months later prove to provide exonerating evidence that refuted the accuser’s false allegations. After a full university hearing, our freshman was deemed not responsible for any violation.
The Result – Not Responsible After Trial.
