A night of social gathering with friends and teammates turned into a nightmare for Brown University senior when, weeks later, he was informed that he was the target of a Title IX investigation after being accused of sexual assault. Attorney Grasso and his senior interviewed several witnesses in attendance on the evening at issue. They poured over volumes of digital evidence. After months of preparing his comprehensive defense and delivering it to the University and the hearing panel, the case was closed without any hearing, any findings of fact, and no sustained violations against our student.
