Brown University student became the target of one Title IX investigation. Shortly thereafter, he was notified that he was the target of a second Title IX investigation. Attorney Grasso took over both investigations at the same time. Armed with an array of compelling tangible evidence accumulated over months of work, to include social media, digital communications, on-scene investigation and interviewing, and more, this senior Brown student fought hard at his first full university hearing. The result was not responsible for any violations.
