RESULT: Motion to Suppress Granted

When police stopped our client for operating his motor vehicle too close to the vehicle behind him, they pulled him over and searched his automobile.  After an evidentiary hearing on our motion to suppress, the court held that there was no objective evidence that our client consented to the search of his vehicle and granted our motion.  A stop and search of your automobile by the police implicates your right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures.
