Client secured a restraining order protection from abuse from the Court against his ex-girlfriend. Ex-girlfriend retaliated and secured a protection order against him. When our investigation turned up text messages, voicemails and other evidence that the ex-girlfriend fabricated her allegations of abuse.
Result: Case was dismissed at trial.
